At PrivacyTru Consulting, he leads enforcement readiness for data protection practice, advises organisations on data protection – related regulatory risk, government and statutory actions, contractual disputes involving data handling obligations, and litigation arising from data misuse, breach incidents, or non-compliance with privacy and information security requirements. He supports clients in responding to regulatory notices, audits, and enforcement proceedings, and in building legally defensible privacy governance frameworks.

He did B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur. He has been in active legal practice since 2017 and brings strong litigation and extensive courtroom experience across High Courts and lower courts to PrivacyTru Consulting’s data privacy and data protection practice. He has successfully handled over 1,000+ matters, including complex constitutional and commercial disputes, with particular exposure to high-stakes tender and regulatory matters and enforcement proceedings. His legal work spans Constitutional Law, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Taxation, Service matters, Environmental and Criminal Laws, and Arbitration. This broad litigation background enables a cross-disciplinary approach that allows him to address data protection issues not just from a compliance lens, but from an enforcement, liability, and dispute-readiness perspective. He has previously served as the Standing Counsel for NMDC and represents other PSUs and statutory bodies, advising them on regulatory compliance, litigation strategy, and risk management, including matters involving digital systems, data handling, and statutory accountability.
